P3M Projects was established in 2004 and traded as a Close Corporation since its inception until February 2018 hence the updated company registration number.
We focus on providing solutions and Project Management expertise in the following areas of specialisation since 2004:
- Recruitment, Bridging Staff and Contractor Management

- Labour Law/ Industrial Relations
- Training and Development
- Medicals and Protective Clothing (PPE)
- General Building, Facilities Management and Constructions Services (CIDB Level 6)
We have since grown to a multi-disciplinary service provider, operating in various sectors across Southern Africa with plans of penetrating the Africa region.

ABOUT THE CEO
Lynn Daniels is a Programme Manager within the Human Resources Management and Learning and Skills Development space.
She has overall 21 years’ experience in the Human Resource Management, Resource Management and Learning and Skills Development with a focus on Graduate, Learnership and Intern Programmes.
Lynn has successfully ran large recruitment projects for Corporate Financial Institutions State Owned Entities, Engineering Companies as well as Insurance and Banking Call Centre Projects.
21years in Human Resource Management and Recruitment and 15 years in Managerial capacity, Lynn Headed up large recruitment teams that focused on capacitating large programmes within Standard Corporate Investment Banking, Dynamic Visual Technologies, All About Project Management, Kulani Group, African Bank, Eskom, National Department of Public Works and the Development Bank of Southern Africa.) Kelly Employment Agency based at Multichoice, FNB Ster Kinekor.
Together with her team she successfully Project Managed structured Learnership programmes that led to an occupational or professional South African National Qualifications Framework (NQF) qualification, with workplace learning and experience. Successfully managed intakes and deployment of internships at African Bank (for Both Call Centre and Insurance Divisions) recruiting young, talented graduates giving them the opportunity to build a career in the financial services and insurance industry.
Clients (Standard Bank, African Bank, Eskom, National Department of Public Works and the Development Bank of Southern Africa.) She is currently running various Programmes with the largest being for Eskom. Her role in this Project is that of Programme Manager from inception until project close out in February 2022. Lynn holds various NQF level 7 Qualifications in Human Resources Management and Industrial Psychology and Certifications in Project Management and Management by Projects – Davis Dean which were completed during her tenure and All About Projects. She is currently studying towards her MBA with Arden University.
